Cyber Warriors HQ

Cyber Warriors HQ Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 16, 2026

Cyber Warriors HQ is a cybersecurity education brand led by Dr. Ray Malmassari. Cyber Warriors HQ is operated by CyCure Solutions LLC, a Nevada limited liability company. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean Cyber Warriors HQ.

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple and we never sell your personal information.

1. What we collect

Information you give us

  • Newsletter signup (The Warrior Brief): your first name and email address.

  • Purchases (such as Scam-Proof Your Family and any add-on offers): your name, email address, billing details, and order details. Card payments are handled by our payment processors (systeme.io and Stripe). We do not see or store your full card number.

  • Skool community: your profile details, membership tier, and anything you post. Skool collects and manages this information under its own terms.

  • Messages to us: anything you send by email or through our social pages, such as your name, email, and your message.

Information collected automatically

  • Email activity: whether our emails are delivered, opened, or clicked, so we can improve them.

  • Website and device data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring links, collected through cookies and similar tools on our pages.

  • Advertising data: if you interact with our ads on Facebook or Instagram, Meta may share limited data with us, and the Meta Pixel on our pages may record actions such as page views, signups, and purchases.

2. How we use your information

  • Deliver products, downloads, and course access you bought or signed up for.

  • Send The Warrior Brief and other emails you asked for.

  • Send order confirmations, receipts, and service messages.

  • Run the Cyber Warriors HQ community and its paid tiers.

  • Answer your questions and provide support.

  • Measure and improve our content, pages, and ads.

  • Prevent fraud and keep our services secure.

  • Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Buying a product does not sign you up for the newsletter unless you choose to join it separately, for example from the link on the thank-you page.

3. We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money. If our use of the Meta Pixel is ever considered "sharing" under California law, you can opt out as described in Section 9.

4. Who helps us (third-party processors)

We use trusted services to run Cyber Warriors HQ. They only get what they need to do their job.

  • systeme.io: signup pages, order pages, email campaigns, and course delivery.

  • Stripe: payment processing.

  • Skool: our online community and paid memberships.

  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram): social pages, ads, and ad measurement.

  • YouTube (Google) and LinkedIn: video hosting and social pages.

  • Google Workspace: our business email.

When you use YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or Skool, those platforms also collect data under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to read them.

We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale.

5. Cookies and tracking

Our pages use cookies and similar tools to keep forms and checkout working, remember your preferences, understand how pages are used, and measure ads (including the Meta Pixel).

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings and at www.aboutads.info/choices. Blocking some cookies may affect how checkout works. Where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

6. Email and unsubscribing

Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you are off the list, usually right away. You can also email us at cyberwarriors@cycuresolutions.com. Even after you unsubscribe, we may still send emails about orders you placed.

7. How long we keep your information

  • Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data. We may keep a record of your unsubscribe so we do not email you again.

  • Purchase records: as long as needed for tax and accounting rules, usually up to 7 years.

  • Course access: as long as your access is active, or until you ask us to delete it.

  • Messages: as long as needed to help you, then deleted when no longer useful.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know and access the personal information we hold about you.

  • Correct information that is wrong.

  • Delete your information.

  • Get a copy of your information in a portable format.

  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, and of targeted advertising.

  • Object to or limit certain uses of your information.

  • Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

To use any of these rights, email cyberwarriors@cycuresolutions.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. We will respond within the time the law requires (for example, 45 days under California law or one month under GDPR). We will never treat you differently for using your rights.

People in Europe and the UK: we process your data to fulfill our agreement with you (purchases and course access), with your consent (newsletter and non-essential cookies), and for our legitimate interests (improving and protecting our services). You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Some of our providers are in the United States, and we rely on their standard safeguards for international transfers.

9. California privacy rights

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the rights listed above. In the past 12 months we collected these categories: identifiers (name, email, IP address), commercial information (purchase history), internet activity (pages viewed, email engagement), and inferences used for ad measurement. We collect them for the purposes in Section 2 and share them only with the providers in Section 4.

We do not sell personal information. To opt out of any sharing for advertising, email us with the subject "Do Not Share" and we will honor it. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals where we can. You may use an authorized agent to make a request for you.

10. Children

Our content is for adults and teens learning about cybersecurity. Our services are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child under 13 gave us information, email us and we will delete it. Purchases and paid memberships are for adults 18 and older.

11. Security

We teach cybersecurity, so we take it seriously. We use reputable providers with encryption, strong account security, and limited access to your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information and will notify you if the law requires it after a breach.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. If the changes are significant, we will let subscribers know by email.
